  Wait staff were attentive and knowledgeable making recommendations appropriate to our evening and choices.
  
  The food was sufficiently different with pairings as you would expect from a restaurant of this calibre.
  
  I was initially disappointed that there was no ability to tweak the set menu for gluten free requirements, given this is a common food allergy.
  In the end though a very enjoyable meal and a great selection of wine by the glass to accompany the dishes.

  We had an intimate dinner in the private function room and it was beautiful! We had to reschedule the event several times due to lockdowns etc and the team at Heritage were so lovely and helpful. The actual event went perfectly and the guests had an amazing time!! The staff on the night were so lovely and helpful and the function room was perfect! Thank you so much to the team at Heritage, I highly recommend having your next function here!

  An amazing evening with beautiful food and paired wines. We had the set menu paired with both the global and Australian wines (one each!). The freshly shucked Albany oysters with Geraldton wax and Smokey oil was unique and paired nicely with our bubbles. From there each dish flowed out of the kitchen with great service with nothing disappointing. As an strong supporter of Australian, primarily West Australian wines, I’m sad to say that the Global pairing won out just slightly as they paired so exceptionally well with the dishes - but would have been just as happy if I didn’t know that and only ordered the Australian wines. Impressive meal and look forward to going back to try more of the food and wine options.

  I recently hosted my work client function at The Heritage Wine Bar Rooftop space and it couldn't have gone any better. The space available was stylish and modern, perfect for our corporate function with no extra styling required.
  
  The service was so good I was actually able to enjoy my night whilst hosting the event. I never had to worry about the food or beverages as the canapes were delicious and generous in size leaving no one hungry.
  
  I will be recommending this venue to my family and friends for future events. 10/10
